Koen van Pelt is a maritime/offshore engineer. Koen has experience in the maritime/offshore industry and enjoys working with different stakeholders in the maritime sector. Koen has a Masters in Offshore and Dredging Engineering.

Dr Ren Ryba is a marine biologist and economist with experience in aquaculture and fisheries management. Ren has provided biological and economic advice relating to aquaculture and fisheries management to organisations and government in Europe and Australia. Ren has a PhD in fisheries policy, a Graduate Certificate in Applied Economics, and a Bachelor of Science (Advanced) in Ecology and Spatial Information.

Michael Carpendale is a researcher focusing on improving practices in aquaculture and fisheries. Michael has provided research support regarding aquaculture to many organizations globally, with a focus on European aquaculture. He studied philosophy at Simon Fraser University.
